This tool is automated, so that some images can be tricky. If your product has shades of gray and the background color is gray, it will be difficult for the tool to distinguish between the product and the background.

This complex image is because the chain is double-linked. The tool was able to figure it out. It’s amazing. The chain has been rearranged so that there are no grey areas.
The edited photo shows the thread hanging from the top of the earrings. This is not the fault of the tool. You will need to make some Photoshop adjustments. If you don’t shoot on props and threads, this won’t be an issue.
